SWEAT TRAINING CO-OWNER DANIELLE KORB

Danielle has always had the dream to run her own company, and her lifelong passion for health and fitness is what led her to open her own personal training facility.

Danielle graduated from The University of Cincinnati with her Bachelors of Science in Health Promotion and Education, and is a certified personal trainer through The American College of Sports Medicine. ACSM is the largest, most respected sports medicine and exercise science organization in the world.

Danielle has grown up in gyms. Her love for fitness started in third grade as a competitive gymnast. As a gymnast Danielle trained in an Elite Program year round, and in the last 3 years trained on average 20-25 hours a week. Through gymnastics she learned the importance of consistency, hard work, team work, and mental strength as it applies to reaching fitness goals. After competing for 6 years her focus switched to coaching. Danielle spent 6 years coaching, and finished her coaching career as the Lead Coach of 60 athletes. Through coaching she learned many things but some of the most important was how to coach different personalities, how to get athletes to a goal, and how to keep training fun.

Since then Danielle started her own personal training company and has built it brick by brick from the ground up. Danielle's passion for health and fitness has helped her to create a company that is truly unique. Danielle created Sweat Training to be a personal training company that offers private, personal, and professional training. At Sweat we offer a high end facility with high end service.

Practice what you Preach:

Danielle doesn't push her clients to do anything that she doesn't push herself to do. Danielle believes in personal trainers that's why she has one. Personal Trainers help to keep you accountable, keep YOU a priority in YOUR life, push you harder than you push yourself, and offer the support you need during the tough times. That's why I am a trainer and have a trainer. Danielle sees trainers like athletic coaches. When we are younger most of us are in sports and enjoyed having fitness apart of our life. The coach was an integral part of that equation keeping all the athletes coming to practice and helping them to reach their goals. As adults most of us don't play sports and the few of us that do don't have a Coach. As an adult a personal trainer is that coach that we need to help us make health and fitness apart of our lives. Even I cringe about the money that I spend on my trainer when I think about what I could buy, but I and know he is the last thing that I would ever give up because what he gives me is invaluable.

No Contract Philosophy:

We don't believe in contracts because a contract has a start and finish, and there is not start and finish to health and fitness. Contracts are an external motivator that works for the short tem, not the long term. At Sweat we only do what works for the long term. Health and fitness should be apart of your long term life, and at Sweat having no contract clients find their own inner motivation to keep coming.

Taking the road less traveled:

Everyone has 24 hours in the day it is your decision on how you choose to spend your time. Everyone has a job, family commitments, and life stresses. To make health and fitness apart of your life is to take on more responsibility and work, but it is a positive stress to take care of YOU. At Sweat we encourage you to take the road less traveled…to make health and fitness a priority in your life every week, and for the long term. The work is worth the indescribable rewards it brings.

We are a Team:

At Sweat our clients all have their individual goals and setbacks, but in reaching those personal goals clients support each other. At Sweat we foster a team environment by training clients together. Clients do their own personalized workouts, but have another teammate to workout with. This has helped all our clients to get to know each other, struggle together, support each other, and have fun together. At Sweat We are a Team!

In the gym:

Sweat believes in weight training for men and woman. During weight training we place a high priority on form over amount of weight. Weight training helps clients to change their bodies to varying degrees depending on the amount of weights, reps, and training style. All our clients weight train for varying goals.
