When I talk about what I do, I rarely talk about it in terms of my job, going to work, or my career. I am so passionate about fitness/nutrition & being an entrepreneur that I talk about it as an extension of me or just apart of my lifestyle. It’s an overarching philosophy at Sweat – working out and doing what’s right for your body is a lifestyle and a mentality not just something you do or somewhere you train.
For me, leading a healthy lifestyle is putting my personal goals first in my day, working out, and eating healthy so that I can mentally & physically be my authentic self. From that there is more Passion and Balance in all aspects of my life. It’s as though the world is in the palm of my hand!

I want to provide you with the tools/resources that you need to take action combined with persistence to help you lead a healthy lifestyle. Danielle’s Experience
My years of experience include 5 years as the owner of Sweat Training a personal training company, 12 years coaching/personal training experience (ACSM certified), a Bachelors of Science in Health Promotion & Education, 6 years as an athlete in an elite gymnastics program.
