PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OUR GYM, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, & WEBSITE.

By using our website, gym, products, & services you agree to these Terms and Conditions of use. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions at any time. You should check these Terms & Conditions periodically for changes. By using this Website after we post any changes to these Terms & Conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you should not use our Website and, if applicable, not renew your gym services at the end of your plan. If you don't agree to the terms and conditions, please do not use sweat training services, products, or site.

Online Schedule

All scheduling and purchasing is done online by the client. 24 hour cancellation policy for Group Personal Training workouts & Boot Camp classes. Group Personal Training must be book at least 12 hours ahead of desired time. Boot Camp must be booked at least 30 minutes ahead of time. Sweat Training is closed for holidays. Sweat Training doesn't not guarantee training times. Training sessions don't roll over or add up week to week or month to month. All sessions are booked in advance & you will only be able to book what you have paid for.

Return/Refund

All services are non transferrable, refundable, or returnable. Sweat Training absolutely makes NO REFUNDS in any part or whole for any and all purchases, including & not limited to the Sweat Training Nutrition Plan. The nutrition plan is sold as is & does not include any consultation or questions & answer from purchaser to author about any and all parts of the Sweat Training Nutrition Plan & all the information on SweatTraining.com. All plans provide no early termination of the plan regardless of being paid monthly or in full. The plan doesn't pause, suspend, terminate, or receive refund, redemptions, extensions, or transfers for personal vacations, schedule changes, lifestyle changes, or gym closure for holidays.

Termination

Notwithstanding any of these Terms and Conditions, Sweat Training reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, to terminate your ability to use the gym, it's services, or the website and to block or prevent future access to and use of the gym, it's services, or the website. You agree that Sweat Training shall not be liable for any termination of your use of or access to the the gym, it's services, or the website.

Liability Release

If you are planning to become much physically active than you are now, start by answering the eight questions in the box below. If you are between the ages of 15 and 65, the PAR-Q will tell you if you should check with your doctor before you start. Common sense is your best guide when you answer these questions. Please read the questions carefully and answer each one honestly:

Has your doctor ever said that you have heart trouble AND that you should only do physical activity recommended by a doctor? Do you ever have discomfort or pains in your chest when you do physical activity? In the past month, have you had chest pain when you are NOT doing physical activity? Do you lose your balance because of dizziness or do you ever lose consciousness? Has a physician ever told you that you have a bone or joint condition that might be made worse with a change in your physical activity? Is your doctor currently prescribing drugs (for example water pills) for you blood pressure or heart condition? Are you over the age of 65? Do you know of any other physical reason(s) not mentioned here why you should not participate in an exercise program even if you wanted to?

If you answered YES to any of the above questions, Sweat Training requires that you consult your personal physician and return a completed Physician's Clearance Form before you participate in any activities. If you answered NO to all the questions, you can be reasonably sure that you can start becoming much more physically active.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in activities and programs of Sweat Training and use of it's facilities, equipment, and machinery in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, I do hereby waive, release and forever discharge Sweat Training and its officers, agents, employees, representatives, executors, and all others from any and all responsibilities or liability for injuries or damages resulting from my participation in any activities or my use of equipment or machinery in the above-mentioned facilities or arising out of my participation in any activities in said facility. I do also hereby release all of those mentioned and any others acting upon their behalf from any responsibility or liability for any injury or damage to myself, including those caused by the negligent act or omission of any of those mentioned or others acting on their behalf in any way arising out of or connected with my participation in any activities of Sweat Training or the use of any equipment at Sweat Training.

I understand and am aware that strength, flexibility, high intensity circuit training, and aerobic exercise, including the use of equipment, is a potentially hazardous activity. I also understand that fitness activities involve risk of injury (including but not limited to musculoskeletal injury, spinal injuries, abnormal blood pressure responses, and, in rare instances, heart attack) and even death and that I am voluntarily participating in these activities and using equipment and machinery with knowledge of dangers involved. I hereby agree to expressly assume and accept any and all risks of injury or death.

I do hereby further declare myself to be physically sound and suffering from no condition, impairment, disease, infirmity, or other illness that would prevent my participation in any of these activities and programs of Sweat Training or use of equipment or machinery except as hereinafter stated. I do hereby acknowledge that I have been informed of the need for a physician's approval for my participation in an exercise/fitness activity or in use of exercise equipment machinery. I also acknowledge that it has been recommended that I have a yearly or more frequent physical examination and consultation with my physician as to physical activity, exercise, and use of exercise and training equipment so that I have recommendations concerning these fitness activities and equipment use. I acknowledge that I have either had a physical examination and have been given permission to participate, or that I have decided to participate in activity and/or use of equipment and machinery without the approval of my physician and do hereby assume all responsibility for my participation and activities, and utilization of equipment and machinery in my activities.

I understand that it is dangerous to get off and on of a moving treadmill, and that this training is high intensity circuit training with short recovery periods. I understand that this is part of Sweat's Training program, I accept the risk of any & all injury that may come from doing this. If I fall or get injured from getting on & off a moving treadmill, elliptical or bike I do hereby release sweat training from any and all liability.

I give consent for Sweat Training to use photos & videos of me in any and all marketing of the company.

All information from Sweat Training, SweatTraining.com, & The Sweat Training Nutrition Plan is for those 18 & older or are doing so with parental consent. Sweat Training, SweatTraining.com, & The SweatTraining Nutrition Plan is not medical advice & is not meant to treat any medical or health conditions. The author of this plan is not a doctor, dietician, or nutritionist. All the information is intended for healthy individuals who know that it's Sweat Training's recommendation that you consult a doctor, physician, or health care provider before starting any diet & exercise plan or making and changes to your current diet & exercise plan. Any and all recommendations should be discussed between you and your doctor & at the choice & risk of the reader. Sweat Training LLC, SweatTraining.com, & The Sweat Training Diet & Exercise Plan is for informational & educations purposes. The application of the information is at the sole risk of the reader. I do hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Sweat Training LLC & SweatTraining.com and it's officers, agents, employees, representatives, executors, and all others from any and all responsibilities or liability for any & all injuries, damages, expense, & lawyers fees resulting from your use of SweatTraining.com, any of the recommendations, The Sweat Training Nutrition Plan, or your violation of these terms & conditions.

Sweat Training LLC., SweatTraining.com, & The Sweat Training Nutrition Plan makes NO WARRANTY. No warranties of any kind, expressed, or implied included but not limited to nutrition, exercise, or merchant ability.
