Hanna is a teacher & the head swim team coach at Clark Montessori. Her passion for helping others and seeing others succeed are what drive her in all her endeavors. Hanna Grew up watching her mom teach aerobics and spinning, helping her discover her passion for teaching at a young age.

Brittany Besl

Brittany is currently the Social Media Manager & a Business Development Representative at Sweaty Bands. Her position there has given her the opportunity to travel across the country attending Marathon Expos, which has inspired her to run her first half marathon, the Queen Bee.

Brittany grew up in Cincinnati and graduated from UC last year with a degree in Marketing and International Business. She has played competitive soccer from a young age and through high school. In college, she continued having an active lifestyle by playing inter-mural sports, working in the UC Football office, and joining the organization CHAARG (Changing Health, Attitudes, and Actions to Recreate Girls) where she inspired other young women to change and diversify their workouts.

Cindy Chalk

Cindy has career experience in event planning, sales, & management. She has been with Sweat Training as a client since the 2006, and is passionate about her athletic lifestyle.

Ray Ball
Boot Camp Instructor, Front Office, Group Personal Training

Ray Ball is a Cincinnati Native who graduated from Walnut Hills High School where she was a multi-sport athlete who went on to play DII soccer and eventually graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelors of Science in Health & Wellness/ Kinesiology. While in college Ray was a strength and conditioning intern/coach and worked with men's and women's soccer, track and field, baseball, softball, and field hockey. She was a recipient of the National Strength and Conditioning Association's prestigious Professional Power Systems Award. After graduating she went on to receive her certification in Orthopedic Technology and worked with a number of patients with orthopedic injuries ranging from total joint replacements, fracture care, and spinal injuries.
Ray currently owns A Few Hungry Girls, where she creates healthy transitional recipes for readers to lead healthier lives in the real world. She is also a healthy lifestyles cook and preps nutritious meals for a variety of clients needs. Ray has been featured on Fox 19 Morning News and has a monthly cooking segment.
