SUZI WOOD

Boot Camp Instructor & Client Experience Expert

Suzi is a Cincinnati native, having just moved back to her hometown in the Fall of 2016. Suzi combined her energy, love for food, and passion for art into a degree. She graduated with her Associates in Culinary Arts from The Midwest Culinary Institute in Cincinnati 2010 and continued on to gain her Associates in Baking and Pastry from The Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley in 2012. Since then, she moved all over the country including Colorado, Banff, and most recently, Boston, and mastered as much as she could within hospitality industry.

Growing up, Suzi played sports competitively including soccer and lacrosse. As she got older, her passion for fitness only grew to become a lifestyle and she is now taking a break from the restaurant and bakery world and is turning her focus onto health and wellness. Suzi has completed multiple Half Marathons, a Tough Mudder, and the North Face Endurance Challenge. Suzi is an energetic, bubbly individual who wants to help others achieve their goals.

HANNA WORRALL

Boot Camp Instructor & Client Experience Expert

Hanna is a teacher & the head swim team coach at Clark Montessori. Her passion for helping others and seeing others succeed are what drive her in all her endeavors. Hanna Grew up watching her mom teach aerobics and spinning, helping her discover her passion for teaching at a young age.

BRITTANY BESL

Boot Camp Instructor & Client Experience Expert
Brittany is currently a project leader at LPK. Her past work experiences with Sweaty Bands gave her the opportunity to travel across the country attending Marathon Expos, which has inspired her to run her first half marathon, the Queen Bee.

Brittany grew up in Cincinnati and graduated from The University of Cincinnati in 2014 with a degree in Marketing and International Business. She has played competitive soccer from a young age and through high school. In college, she continued having an active lifestyle by playing inter-mural sports, working in the UC Football office, and joining the organization CHAARG (Changing Health, Attitudes, and Actions to Recreate Girls) where she inspired other young women to change and diversify their workouts.

Brittany is currently completed two Full Marathons and couldn't imagine her cross training workouts without Sweat Training!

NICOLE KISSELA

Boot Camp Instructor & Client Experience Expert

Nicole grew up in Cincinnati where she attended Miami University. She is finishing her Bachelors of Science in Social Work in 2017 with an internship at a local Middle School.

She was a competitive gymnast on The Queen City Gymnastics Team where she met and was coached by Danielle from ages 9-12. She has also played tennis, water polo, swimming and diving during her high school years. Nicole continued to play inter-mural sports on and off throughout college. Nicole has also completed The Battle Frog and a Tough Mudder Half.

Nicole loves the athletic lifestyle, and is passionate about helping others pursue that lifestyle.

ANNIE GALLO

Boot Camp Instructor & Client Experience Expert
Annie grew up in Columbus, Ohio and loves Buckeye football. In 2003, she moved to Cincinnati, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Cincinnati. In 2009, while working as a content manager for Cooking with Caitlin, she was introduced to Danielle and Sweat Training when Danielle was a guest/expert for their radio show, events, and blogs. Annie immediately loved Danielle's energy and her clear desire to help people reach their goals. Also, she loved the workout music played!

She is currently an account manager for Hallmark Greeting Cards. She has 2 dogs, loves toning to feel strong, and running Half Marathons. Annie has completed four Flying Pig Half Marathons and is always up for a FitBit step challenge. She is excited to help inspire Sweat Training client's to reach their goals.
