From I-75, take the 7th street exit, gym on the left or 5th street, left on Elm, right on 7th, gym is on left.
From I-71 south, Gilbert exit, Gilbert becomes 8th, left on Race, left on 7th, gym on left.
From I-71 North or Columbia Pkwy, 6th street exit, right on Vine, left into Macy's corporate garage or 6th street exit, right on Elm, right on 7th, street parking for gym or enter the garage on 7th.
